Food | Yep, I Love Bread...Oh, And A Recipe Too

We're getting towards the end of March, end of the first quarter of the year...and how are y'all doing on those New Year Resolutions? Did you decide to diet this year? Did you give up bread for Lent? If you did, I wish you much success with all that but....................I'm not 'bout that life!

We all love bread! 😍 I mean it! We all do and you're not alone. It's totally okay to indulge in your favorite carb but you just have to make sure what's inside or on top of it is of quality. I like to think of myself as a burger girl. I absolutely LOVE burgers. I've tried a lettuce wrap burger. 

Evidence...see I really tried... 

...but I ended up just shoving my veggie wrapped deliciousness into a pita pocket! In the immortal words of Oprah Winfrey:

Anyway, one of my recent concoctions that I made and devoured was a Roasted Red Pepper and Spinach Chicken Burger, dressed with Spring mix, Gouda and Roma tomatoes on a toasted ciabatta roll. 

My Random Mom tribe couldn't get enough! We get together monthly to let our hair down and talk --ish about our lives over food and drinks. We literally devoured those burgers and every granule of bread that wrapped around them. So, give yourself a break. Enjoy the bread! I know this foodie isn't giving the #CarbLife anytime soon!
