Tonight Menu: Sausage & Summer Vegetables
I've had a taste for kabobs for a while and although kabobs are quite to make, its been super hot outside. After a long day outside the last thing you want to do is stand outside even longer over a grill!
I've had a taste for kabobs for a while and although kabobs are quite to make, its been super hot outside. After a long day outside the last thing you want to do is stand outside even longer over a grill!

Serves: 4
What You'll Need:
- Smoked Sausage
- 1 Large Zucchini
- 1 Medium Onion
- 4 Ears of Corn
- 6 to 8 Colorful Sweet Mini Peppers
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp of Butter
- Baking Dish
- Aluminum Foil
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Wash and roughly chop zucchini, peppers and sausage.
- Line baking dish with enough aluminum foil to cover ingredients (this is merely for easy clean-up)
- Add ingredients to baking dish and season with salt and pepper and cover with foil.
- Bake ingredients in pouch for 35 min. or until vegetables are tender.
For Corn on the Cob:
- Remove husks from corn
- Mix pinches of Salt and Pepper into softened butter.
- Dress the ears of corn w/ seasoned butter.
- Wrap individually in aluminum and also add to oven.
