What's For Dinner | Sausage & Summer Vegetables

Tummy rumbles....
Tonight Menu: Sausage & Summer Vegetables
I've had a taste for kabobs for a while and although kabobs are quite to make, its been super hot outside. After a long day outside the last thing you want to do is stand outside even longer over a grill!

Want to make this with me?
Serves: 4
What You'll Need:

  • Smoked Sausage
  • 1 Large Zucchini
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 4 Ears of Corn
  • 6 to 8 Colorful Sweet Mini Peppers
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp of Butter
  • Baking Dish
  • Aluminum Foil
Preparation:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Wash and roughly chop zucchini, peppers and sausage.

  • Line baking dish with enough aluminum foil to cover ingredients (this is merely for easy clean-up)
  • Add ingredients to baking dish and season with salt and pepper and cover with foil.
  • Bake ingredients in pouch for 35 min. or until vegetables are tender.

For Corn on the Cob:
  • Remove husks from corn
  • Mix pinches of Salt and Pepper into softened butter.
  • Dress the ears of corn w/ seasoned butter.
  • Wrap individually in aluminum and also add to oven.

Plate and Enjoy!!!

If you make this, comment and tell me how it turned out.

Suggestions and recipe adjustments are welcome!!

Talk to you later Lovelies!!!
