Motherhood | Mom's Guide To All Things Holiday: {RECIPE} Spiked Holiday Punch

Hello Lovelies,

We made through Thanksgiving, and November has come to a close. December's here and now on to the rest of the holiday season! To start the season, I wanted to share a tasty recipe that will be sure to wow you're friends and family at any holiday function. Or maybe you just need your own little sippie cup once the kiddos are off to bed! Today, get the recipe for my Spiked Holiday Punch!

I am doing so as a part of a larger Holiday Blogger Collaboration featuring 15 awesome lifestyle and mommy bloggers! Come back tomorrow and I'll share the complete list of the contributors.

Now on to the grown-up goodness! Try my Spiked Holiday Punch!

What you'll need:
2 ounces of White Wine (I used Pinot Grigio)
6 ounces of Winter Wassail
1 Pinch of Allspice
1 Handful of Cranberries
1 Honey Crisp Apple

Preparation:
1. Chill the 6 ounces of Winter Wassail prior to preparation.
2. Freeze cranberries prior to preparation as well. - will serve as ice cubes.
3. Cut up apple into slice or dice (whatever you prepare) and place into wine glass.
4. Pour 2 ounces of white wine over the fruit and allow to marinate in wine for at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
5. Stir in "winter wassail" into wine glass and a pinch of Allspice.
Note: if you don't have allspice, you can substitute cinnamon, cloves or nutmeg.
6. Garnish with "cranberry" ice and Enjoy #Adulting

Serves: 2 (1 if ya' "feeling ya'self" like 'yonce)

So if you think sweetened blend of black currant, apple, and lemon juices, with cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, cardamom, ginger, and orange peel, sounds delicious, then you should definitely give this drink a try!

If you want to make a gallon for this for a group...
36 oz of Wine and 96 oz of Winter Wassail!
