Open Letter to My Readers

Open Letter to My Readers

If you’re reading this, first, thank you for stopping by. So as this is the first Monday of the new year and the first #MondayMotivation of the 2021 year, I’ll share how this year is starting so far for me.

Firstly, Hi, I’m Shanna, the author and content creator at MsNaturallyRandom.com

Revive or Die?

One of the things I really love about blogging is that I can write about what I want, when I want. However, this blog is nothing more than a web journal without you, the reader. I will be honest, seeing comments on your own content ideas are refreshing. Knowing that you are tolling away at something that is important to you and that thing has reached another person is very gratifying. Though, sometimes hiatuses will come. Sometimes I have felt a little off about my blog, and for most of the past year, that’s where I was.

Yet, here I am, pushing forward to revive again. I do this because, frankly, I’m grown and I own it. This is my lifestyle blog. A lifestyle blogger creates content inspired and curated by their personal interests and experience. With content spanning multiple areas of interest, it can be hard to find your audience. It may take some time for readers to get to know you, your strengths, and your overall value in their lives. We will get there eventually.

So, What Are We? Commitment

Overall, I’m committing to writing more consistently. It wouldn't be the start of a new month without a goal post, would it? Here’s a schedule of what you can expect. You can expect one new blog post every Monday for the next ten Mondays. That’s it. That’s my initial commitment to ME. Honestly, it’s best to create content in batches. That is my aim. So as I’m sitting down on Sunday evening conspiring to commit to me and researching the topics.

Upcoming Content

I will share more later but for now, here's a list of working content I have planned during my ten Mondays project.

  • Lessons Learned
  • "Goals Be Like"
  • Women Be Shopping

I’m not a content expert (yet) by any stretch. Yet I do hope through it all, you can sense my authenticity and a coherent thread that’s ultimately tied to my overall reason for doing this.

New (yet old) routines, here I come! Do you have any specific plans for the first ten weeks of the year? Let me know in the comments that you dropped by, alright!
