Motivational Monday - 30 Day Challenge

Today I will be embarking on a 30 day fitness challenge. I'll be using Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred dvd. It is an interval training program set up in 3 workouts. You are supposed to do: Workout 1 10 days, Workout 2 10 days & Workout 3 10 days = 30 Day Shred.

 I had a Target gift card laying around and since I needed to run there to get soap and I said...hmmm lets stroll over to the fitness section and what did I find....this DVD everyone is talking about. 

Well I finished workout 1 this morning and let me tell you...Ms. Naturally Random is tired but I feel good, glad to do it! I'm loosing weight with caloric restriction and inconsistent exercise, so I wonder what will have if I become more diligent about the fitness component.  Kinda excited, let's see where this goes!

Starting stats - January 28
Weight 268.6 lb (down 1.4 lb since doctors appt on Jan. 15) Yay! \0/ 
Ah guh guh guh guh guh *Popeye laugh*
Waist 40.5 in
Hips 51.25 in (idk if i measured this right)
Thighs 32.5 in
Arms 17.5 in

I'll track my stats at Day 1, (considering Day 15) and definitely Day 30. I've never actually focused on measurements...just pounds. So I'll get my hubby to help me measure along the way. 

I hope my sweat and panting is motivating you all to do something positive for yourself. We are worth it!
