Motivational Monday

Are you in need of a fitness re-launch?

I know for me...this is exactly what I need! Due to vanity of keeping a hairstyle (see *New Do Review post) and laziness I took a two week break from my normal workout routine. Although, I haven't noticed any drastic weight gain (+1 lb whomp, whomp) I have noticed feeling sluggish, the return of pain in my knees and hips and poor food selections. It seems as if when I break from one aspect of my new lifestyle other old habits crept back in as well. 

Honesty moment: Wondered what happened with me and my 30 Day Shred updates? I was all fired up about Jillian's 30 Day shred but honestly...it bored me. The workout is fine, I'd just like a more engaging instructor. So I began mixing in 10 minute workouts from FitSugar.com online and eventually stopped 30 Day Shred all together. Wasn't intentional at all. 

So, starting today, I am here to motivate myself!
