What's For Dinner? | Shrimp Po'Boys
Tummy rumbles....
Tonight Menu: Shrimp Po'Boys

Serves: 4-6
What You'll Need:
Large Deep Skillet
Cutting Board
Knife
Large Bowl
For Shrimp:
2 lbs of Large Cooked Shrimp
1 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Mrs Dash Original
a few splashes of Lemon Juice I don't measure
2-3 Tbsp Butter nobody said this was healthy
2 tsp Minced Garlic
3 dashes of Cayenne Pepper (optional)
For Sauce:
4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tsp Old Bay
1 tsp Parsley
1 tsp Mrs Dash Extra Spicy
Pickle Relish (add to taste)
Additions/Garnishes
Roma Tomatoes
Spring Mix or Romaine Lettuce
Hoagie Rolls
Preparation:
Remove tails from thawed shrimp, place into bowl (rinse clean)
Warm skillet to low heat, add butter and dry spices...then stir in garlic
Add shrimp to seasoned butter mix
Stir everything around (evenly distributed)
Cover to allow shrimp to warm
NOTE: Remember shrimp is already cooked, we're not cooking, we're warming
For sauce...this is simple
But in bowl and stir! That's it, you're done.
This can be prepared ahead. Its just mayo with spices in it. Let's not get overly fancy here...lol
Alright, we're almost finished.
Get out your bread, lettuce and tomato
Arrange your sandwich and the spiced mayo
Then plate and SERVE!
It should look something like this...
Added some sweet potatoe fries on the side, YUM!
