#Fat2Fit Follow Me On Twitter!

I created a hashtag on Twitter...not sure if its original or not but it works for me. #fat2fit Follow Me @MsSMarie22 or search for Ms. Naturally Random, you'll find me! By using the hashtag, you'll be able to track when other post workouts, feel free to use it as well when discussing your workouts.

I wanted to do this video as a supplement to Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. I am really concerned about quick weight loss and loose skin. I know strength training is important to combat the loose skin issue. I want to do this the healthiest and most aesthetic way possible! I went to Wally World & Targe' (walmart & target) and purchased (2) 5 lb & (2) 10 lb dumbbells to use at home during workouts. Its going great so far and a good addition to the resistance bands I already had.

So, if you are looking for an arm workout and have 10 minutes to spare, check this video out!
